Sunday Evening, 6:30

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together - Hebrews 10:24-25

Although our Services start at 6:30 pm, from 6:20 pm one of our members chooses a selection of songs / choruses for a time of pre-service singing because as James wrote, "Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise." - James 5:13.

Like our Morning Services, our Evening Services include hymns, BIble readings, prayer and a sermon. The hymn/chorus choices will reflect the theme of the sermon and usually include a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary songs so that we may benefit from the wealth of the old and the best of the new.

Self-service creche facilities are available in the hall.

After the service, refreshments are served in the church hall.

Currently on Sunday Evenings, our Pastor is taking us through a series looking at "The Blessings in Revelation" and we shall be considering the following verses;

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.  (Revelation 1:3)

Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labours, for their deeds follow them!”  (Revelation 14:13)

“Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!”  (Revelation 16:15)

And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”  (Revelation 19:9)

Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.  (Revelation 20:6)

Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.  (Revelation 22:7)

Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates.  (Revelation 22:14)
